This is a 4 foot potted tree designed to stand where people arrive: either side of a front door, along a path, at the top of porch steps, or flanking a gate. Porch trees have a different job from indoor trees. They need to be slim enough not to block a walkway, self contained enough that nobody trips on a stand, and lit brightly enough to register from the street. This one is all three.

The pot is the point

A metal basin base means no plastic tree stand, no skirt to hide it, and enough weight low down to keep the tree upright. It also looks intentional on a doorstep in a way a bare stand never does. Because the tree is self contained, you can move it, turn it, or bring it inside without dismantling anything.

Multicolour twinkle, eight modes

The lights are pre-wired through 396 branch tips and run eight colour modes, so you can set a steady glow, a slow fade or a faster twinkle depending on how much attention you want the doorstep to draw. Pre-lit is the right call for an outdoor tree: wrapping your own string on a porch means an exposed join and a cable you have to route, and pre-wired lighting keeps both problems inside the branches. Ten pine cones are fitted among the tips, so the tree reads as decorated without ornaments, which also means nothing to blow off in a wind.

Buy them in pairs

One porch tree looks like a decoration. Two, flanking a door at the same height, read as a designed entrance. It is the single cheapest way to make a front door look considered, and at this height they frame the door rather than crowd it.
