One tree, four very different jobs

This potted flocked tree comes in four heights, and they are not simply bigger versions of each other. The 2 foot sits on a table with 189 tips and 30 warm white LEDs. The 3 foot works on a sideboard or beside a door with 365 tips and 70 LEDs. The 4.5 foot is a floor tree for an entryway or a porch, with 720 tips and 150 LEDs. The 6.5 foot is a full room tree with 1386 tips and 350 LEDs. Pick by where it is going, not by how much tree you want.

Potted, so there is nothing to hide

Each size arrives in its own basin rather than on a tree stand. That removes the usual problem of a bare metal stand and a skirt to cover it, and it gives the tree enough weight low down to stand on a doorstep or a hard floor without being anchored. It also means you can move it as one piece.

Warm white, pre-wired

The LEDs are warm white rather than colour changing, threaded through the branches at the factory. Warm white is the safer choice on a flocked tree: colour reads garish against a white finish, while warm white picks up the frosting and makes the tree look lit from inside. Because the wiring runs through the branches rather than around them, there is no visible cable spiralling up the trunk.

Flocked finish and pine cones

The needles are mixed PE and PVC with a snow flocked coating, and each size carries pine cones scattered through the branches, from three on the smallest up to thirty one on the largest. That is enough decoration for the tree to look complete on its own. If you do add ornaments, keep them few and pale, because a flocked tree with a lot hung on it loses the snow effect that made it worth buying.
