6 ft Inflatable Gingerbread Man with LED Lights, Outdoor Yard Decoration

Description

A six foot gingerbread man in a Santa hat with a green bow tie, white piped icing down his arms and legs, and LED lights built into the body. It is a friendlier piece than a Santa or a snowman and it works well beside a front door, where its height is at the right scale for a porch rather than a lawn.

We are going to be straight with you about the data on this one, because it is thinner than we would like. The supplier has published no description and no specification sheet for it. What we can confirm is the six foot height, the built-in LED lighting, the outdoor blow-up construction and the price. What we cannot confirm from the supplier is the fabric denier, the wattage, the number of LEDs, or exactly which stakes and ropes are in the box.

We have also chosen not to publish a shipping weight or a package size for this item. The supplier’s record gives a pack weight of 16 kg and a carton of 15 x 15 x 25 metres, and neither of those can be right for a six foot inflatable. Comparable pieces in this range ship at roughly one and a half kilos in a box the size of a large shoebox. Rather than pick a number and present it as fact, we have left both fields empty. If you need the real shipping weight before ordering, ask and we will get it from the supplier.

Power and anchoring

Like every inflatable of this type, the internal fan has to stay plugged in for the figure to stay up, so your outlet position decides your display position. Use an outdoor rated extension cord on a GFCI outlet. Anchor it at the base with the supplied stakes on grass, or with sandbags on a hard surface, and deflate it rather than trusting the anchors when a storm is forecast.
