3 Piece Lighted Reindeer Family Yard Decoration, 60 Warm LEDs, 3 Modes
A buck, a doe and a fawn, 30.3, 15 and 17.1 in tall, each traced with 20 warm yellow LEDs on a white mesh frame. Each string runs on its own button cell, so there is nothing to plug in, and support rods pin all three into a lawn or a flower bed.

Description
Three deer, three sizes, one scene
This is a buck, a doe and a fawn supplied as a set, each one a flat iron frame wrapped in white mesh and traced with warm yellow light. The supplier publishes all three sizes: the large deer is 16.3 in wide and 30.3 in tall, the medium 23.6 in long and 15 in tall, and the small 12.2 in wide and 17.1 in tall. Together they weigh about 1.8 lb, which tells you these are light frames rather than heavy statuary, and that has consequences for how you anchor them.
Arranging a group rather than placing an object
A three-piece set is more work to site than a single figure and it repays the effort. The scene reads best when the deer are not in a straight line and not all facing the same way: put the buck slightly forward, angle the doe toward him and tuck the fawn behind or between them. Stagger them in depth so that from the road you see three distinct shapes rather than an overlapping tangle. Because these are two-dimensional, a viewer standing to one side sees them edge-on and they narrow to lit lines; face the group toward the direction people actually approach from.
Lighting and modes
There are 60 LEDs across the set, 20 on each deer, in a warm yellow. Each string runs independently on its own button cell, so you switch them on one at a time. Three modes are offered: constant on, slow flash and quick flash. Constant on is the one that makes the group look like a scene rather than a decoration, and it is what we would use. The white mesh picks up the light and spreads it, so each deer reads as a soft glowing outline rather than a string of dots.
Power: button cells, and what that means
Each of the three light strings takes one button cell. There is no cord, no adapter and nothing to plug in, which makes these genuinely easy to place anywhere in a garden regardless of where the outlets are. The trade-off is runtime: button cells are small, and a set like this is a few hours an evening rather than a dusk-to-dawn installation. Buy spares at the same time and plan to swap them at least once through the season.
Staking and wind
Three support rods and a pack of screws are included, and the deer are designed to be pinned into soft ground. Use them on every piece. A flat frame weighing a few hundred grams is exactly what a gust lifts, and the buck, being tallest, goes over first. In a bed with loose mulch, push the rods through to firmer soil beneath rather than relying on the mulch itself. On a hard surface there is nothing to anchor into, so these belong on a lawn or in a flower bed rather than on a deck.
Storage
The set ships flat at about 1.8 lb in a carton roughly 13 by 12.6 by 1.6 in, and it comes apart into deer, ribbons, support rods and light strings. That means it goes back into a shallow box or a bin rather than needing shelf space. Store the light strings coiled loosely and separately; tightly wound strings around a frame are what breaks solder joints over a year in a garage.
Honest notes
CJ does not publish an ingress protection rating, a battery life figure or a stake length for this set. We have not invented any of them. The finish is described as iron with a stoving varnish, which is a baked paint rather than a powder coat. Handling is 1 to 3 business days plus 5 to 9 in transit, so order by Monday December 7 for Christmas.
