Tabletop Christmas Tree, 3 ft Snow Flocked with Cones and Berries

Description

Three feet is the useful size

Tabletop trees are usually too small to matter. At 3 feet this one is tall enough to be the centrepiece of a console table, a sideboard, a reception desk or a dining room buffet, while still sitting on furniture rather than the floor. It is also the right size for a flat where a full tree is not realistic, or for a second tree in a bedroom or kitchen.

Decorated before it arrives

The tree comes with 14 pine cones and 14 red berry clusters already fitted among 355 branch tips, on a snow flocked finish. That combination does something worth understanding: it means the tree looks finished with no ornaments at all. If you want a decoration you can unbox and place, this is it. If you were planning to hang your own baubles, the cones and berries will compete with them, so keep your additions sparse and in the same palette.

Flocking and jute

The needles are PE and PVC with a white flocked coating, so the tree reads as frosted rather than painted. The base is wrapped in jute, which is a small detail that does a lot: it hides the plastic pot and gives the tree a rustic finish that suits natural materials, wood surfaces and linen. Expect a little flocking to shed when you first spread the branches, then very little afterwards.

Where it works

On a table against a dark wall it stands out. Against white or pale grey the flocking disappears, so a dark backdrop or a coloured runner underneath is worth thinking about. It is unlit, so a short battery string wrapped through the branches turns it into an evening piece without running a cable across the room.
